President re-elected

At the end of three terms period, the maximum time foreseen in the Constitution, SPPA President, Brigitte Albisetti was asked unanimously to continue as President of the Swiss Pitch and Putt Association during the Annual Meeting in Lugano on 27 March. Brigitte, who was the promoter and founder of SPPA in 2003, accepted to serve again for an indeterminate term until another candidate will be found.

Brigitte will be joined on the SPPA Committee by Ueli Lamm, Vice-President and Bruno Zappa, which both were re-elected for their second terms.

Brigitte welcomed Mr Thomas Arnold, one of the owners of the new Pitch and Putt course that opened last year in Seedorf in Central Switzerland. The application of this new course for membership has been unanimously accepted.

Norges Pitch and Putt Forbund (NPPF) invite you all to the "First Norwegian International Pitch and Putt Open" on 23-25 July 2010!

 

The First Norwegian International Open will be played at Imjelt Pitch and Putt - the same course that will host the "First European Stroke-play Championship" in 2011, so this will be a great opportunity to try out the course one year ahead!
